Who can become a partner?
Only customers with at least one paid, delivered Kilnmere order that has not been fully refunded can apply. We verify your purchase before approval. Adding to the inquiry cart, sending an inquiry or placing a cancelled order does not qualify.
Does an order arranged by WhatsApp or email count?
Yes. A completed purchase arranged directly with Kilnmere by WhatsApp or email can qualify. Use the contact details from that order. An order or invoice number is helpful but optional; our team can check the purchase manually.
What do I receive, and how much?
Rewards are products only, provided through credit redeemable for eligible research products. They cannot be paid out in cash. Your reward calculation, eligible orders and available products will be confirmed in writing before you begin referring buyers. No fixed rate is promised on this page.
How is my referral recorded?
After approval, we provide a referral code. The new buyer must provide it before their first quote, and our team confirms attribution. Buyers already in an active sales conversation must be discussed with us first. Please obtain permission before sharing someone else’s contact details.
When can I redeem a reward?
A referral click or inquiry does not earn a reward. The referred order must be paid, delivered and meet the agreed program conditions. We confirm the review period, available products, redemption conditions and any shipping charges with you before participation. Cancelled or refunded amounts do not qualify.
Do my own orders or my referral’s referrals earn rewards?
No. Rewards apply only to your direct introductions and their eligible orders under the agreed terms. Your own purchases, self-referrals and recruiting other partners do not earn referral rewards.
Do I need to handle orders or stock products?
